Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Undress APP and the services provided at undresser.it.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Service is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user is underage, we will immediately terminate their access and delete all associated data.

ZERO TOLERANCE: Uploading images of minors is strictly prohibited, illegal, and will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Permitted Use

Undress APP is an AI-powered image transformation tool intended for ethical, creative, and experimental purposes by consenting adults. You may use the Service to:

• Explore AI-generated image transformations for personal, artistic, or educational purposes.
• Test and experiment with AI undress technology in a private, secure environment.
• Create content for lawful creative projects, provided all subjects have given informed consent.

All use must comply with applicable laws and respect the privacy and dignity of individuals depicted in uploaded images.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Non-Consensual Content: Uploading images of individuals without their explicit consent.
• Minors: Uploading, processing, or distributing images of anyone under 18 years of age.
• Harassment or Abuse: Using the Service to harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm others.
• Illegal Content: Creating, distributing, or possessing content that violates criminal laws, including revenge porn, deepfake pornography laws, or image-based sexual abuse statutes.
• Privacy Violations: Using the Service to violate the privacy rights of others.
• Commercial Exploitation: Selling, licensing, or distributing AI-generated content without proper consent and legal compliance.
• System Abuse: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service's operation.
• Misrepresentation: Using the Service to create misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to authorities.

User Responsibilities and Consent

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process all images submitted to the Service.
• Obtaining explicit consent from all individuals depicted in uploaded images.
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including privacy, copyright, and image rights laws.
• Using AI-generated content ethically and lawfully.

IMPORTANT: Undress APP is a tool. How you use it is your responsibility. We do not assume liability for your actions or the consequences of misuse.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, logos, and content, is owned by Undress APP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our technology.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission.

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. This license terminates when your images are deleted (within 24 hours).

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All outputs produced by the Service are AI-generated and should be treated as synthetic content. While our technology strives for realism, results may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or imperfections. We do not guarantee photorealistic quality in every case.

AI-generated content may be subject to legal restrictions in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding synthetic media, deepfakes, and AI-generated imagery.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Results will meet your expectations or requirements.
• Defects or bugs will be corrected.
• The Service is suitable for any particular purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undress APP, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches beyond our control.
• Legal consequences arising from your misuse of the Service or AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Undress APP, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Service or AI-generated content.
• Your violation of third-party rights, including privacy, copyright, or image rights.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Affiliate Relationships

Undress APP participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click affiliate links on our site and make purchases through partner platforms, we may earn a commission. This does not affect your pricing or the services provided. Affiliate partnerships are disclosed in our footer and disclaimer page.

Privacy and Data Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement strict security measures, including:

• End-to-end encryption for all uploads.
• Automatic deletion of images within 24 hours.
• Zero-knowledge architecture preventing human access to your images.

However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services and agree not to upload highly sensitive or illegal content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected illegal activity or abuse.
• Protection of our rights, property, or users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Undress APP regarding the Service.
